• IMAGE USE POLICY

  • All the pictures on this website are available for purchase.  
  • I do ask that you do not use any of the pictures on this site without written permission from me.  All this takes is sending me and saying which picture you want and what you want to use it for. 

          Different Image User Scenarios:

  • Desktop wallpaper image:  This is ok.  No charge.  No need to let me know you are using it.  All I ask is that you keep the copyright and website on the image.
  • Website use:  There is also no charge for this.  The images posted online are roughly 650x400 in resolution and of low/mediocre quality.  Please let me know what picture(s) you are using, what you are using it for, and a link to the site it will be on.  I ask that you keep the photo unaltered (you may resize it) and that you supply a link and credit to my site. 
  • Posting on message forums:  No charge for this.  No need for an e-mail letting me know you posted it.  In your post, just keep the image unaltered and supply a link to this website.

          Here Are Instances Where Payment Is Required:

  • High-resolution full-sized photo (personal use):  The pictures posted are ~650x400 in size and are of mediocre quality.  I have these photos available in 4368x2912 (possibly 3000x2000 also) resolution and top quality.  If you want a high-res picture, please e-mail me.  I will upload the unaltered picture (I added nothing onto it) to my website where you can download it at your convenience.  These pictures are again for your own personal non-commercial use.  You may use them on your website.  These are of high enough quality if you would want to go yourself and get the images printed (this size is good for 36x48" prints).  You may not use these to use in advertisements or other money making ways.  High resolution photos are only available for Personal Use to members of the rally team the photograph is of.  If you are not sure, e-mail me and ask.
  • High-resolution full-sized photo (commercial use):  This is similar to above, but here you must since the usage can greatly vary.  There are too many to list online.
  • Photo Prints:  I can send you a print of the photo you want.  The sizes range from 4"x6" all the way up to 24"x36", or even bigger!  These can be ordered through the gallery pages.  Please e-mail with any questions you may have.

          Forms of Payment:

  • Check/Money Order/Cashiers Check:  These can be sent to the address listed below.  If you are a competitor, I will not wait for the check to clear to ship.  If you are a "3rd Party" buyer, I will have to wait 7 days for the check to clear.  Please make the check out to "Peter Kuncis" and mail it to:  Peter Kuncis  -  172 Centre Ave  -  Abington, MA 02351

  • PayPal:  This is the preferred form of payment.   I get payment quicker, you get your photo quicker.  If you pay via PayPal, you can send payment to: pete@onalimbracing.com
  • Beer:  This always works too.  Yuengling or Guinness please.
